On the next page you will find Spanish sets: 1 top sheet and 1 Spanish pillowcase (better known as a "bolster", which is a long open-ended case that holds 2 or 3 pillows.
Most shams come in Queen size, and all Spanish pillowcases fit comfortable with standard pillows (use Queen pillows and get a roll effect), or use a proper bolster pillow.
