Security: We have a secure shopping site. The information that you send us, via your shopping basket, is encrypted until it reaches our secure server. Your order is then sent to us without your credit card details. We then have to log on to our server to retrieve that information.

We have to sign for this, and will be your proof that we did or did not receive them. We will not be responsible for linens that get lost, being returned to us. We will be responsible for linens, that we send to you, getting lost.
Exceptions:
-Linens received through our Layaway Plan will not be refunded. You will receive a credit.
-Linens that are 50% Plus Specials, will not be accepted for return at all.
You will never have to do so, but you can always call The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, if you feel you have not been satisfied. They can be reached by phone, (441)295-4201, or by fax, (441)292-5779. They would never let any Bermuda Merchant get away with ill treatment of a customer, local or foreign.
